The line to pay property tax moves fast. They accept cash, cards, checks, and money orders. All the ladies at the service windows & at the info desk are very helpful and they take the time to answer any questions. Can't say enough good things about this location.
I can only say good things about this location, which is conveniently located. Parking was easy and plentiful. There were about 12 people in line about 11 AM for vehicle registration/renewal, but the line moved steadily. The young man who waited on me was super friendly, helpful, patient and got paperwork done quickly.
Yes, waiting in line is always terrible. However, I have dealt with only nice people who work here. Specifically in the Traffic office. People react to the individual coming to see them - if you are kind, they will be kind right back.
very helpful and fast. In less than 10 minutes I received my paperwork and price for my title change and rregistration from the information booth at front. That other comment's a little racist. Those people there are very helpful. Would consider mornings tho because afternoons are packed.
I had a good experience here about 8 years ago, getting a title and plates. It went faster than I was used to up on Marsh, and they were professional. It is also a larger office.
