arbors mondern dentistry I will not go again they are fake nice to bring in money. They tell you one thing then tell you another. I paied through card for my appointment and then paid through my company card so I can get reimburst from my money.
Paid them 2 times and they were supposed to give me a refund and yet it's been a month and a week and still no refund . Fake enthusiasm so that they can get you in for an appointment , worst place ever and there prices are ridiculous do not go
Staff is amazing. My daughter (9 Yrs) was very frightened about getting some work done on a tooth. They were very patient and kind. They took the time to explain everything to her (and me) so that she would know what was happening. They were very fast, professional and family friendly. Highly, Highly recommend them!
He said 15business days it's been over that!! When confronted to give me a status (after I called 5times and he lied to me made up a date that I was not even there !!) he said I tried calling but you can't call someone? So I asked him who does he call because he just said he called someone but he said they don't have a phone line. He can only see the status on his portal!!!!! Never going here again they are money hungry‼️‼️
The crowns we got with Dr. Rosen, my wife and I , are infected and need to be replaced. Here is the catch, they are less than two years old, and they will not be covered by insurance. We have to pay out of pocket. My wife's have an infection so those had to go first. It is not coincidental that we had our appointments at the same time, and the crowns were put at the same time and they are all infected at the same time.
