Im confused on why everyone is upset with the interest Rates after they have had the car and driven it. The Interest Rate is on the contract before you sign it and leave the Dealership with the car. If you make your payments on time you wont deal with the extra interest on late payments. This is a second chance finance company meaning no one else would finance you cause of Credit issues. That's not the company's fault.
This company is terrible high interest rate a bunch of liers mr.Robert or ms Robert sounds like a woman call you from everywhere I wouldn't deal with them and I advise knowone to bye liers
Today I received the best customer service from Sierra Auto Finance. I literally have not stopped smiling since I got off the phone with Mr Blake and I can't stop bugging my friends and family about what he did for me. I am so proud to say I was a customer here and if you are considering financing with them YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. I am abosultely elated and blown away.
Do not get a loan from this company... I mean if you want to throw your money away then go right ahead.. I have made four payments of 1200 dollars so far.. and they kept half for interest... I'm so mad right now.. I will not care about my credit.. I will not pay 30000 for a used car... worst place ever......
I hate this company!!! I repeat do not deal with this company!! I got into a car accident in May had full coverage insurance. The Car was considered to be totaled out. The insurance company let me keep the car. And I was still making monthly payments. Two months later Sierra came and took the car from and lied and said the insurance company took it. Now the insurance company is calling asking why haven't they turned the car over to them. What a headache? Getting a lawyer to find out who was in the wrong SMH
