The nurse drawing blood here is rude and aggressive. I have NEVER been bruised while getting blood taken out and this specific nurse pulled the needle out so roughly and in an upward position before it even exited my body, causing discomfort and ripped skin and bruising for about a month. Super painful. Never again will I allow that woman to even touch me again. Worst experience ever.
The staff here like every Parkland facility I've been to are extremely competent and friendly. The pharmacy is fast. The location is convenient to anyone living in East Dallas.
VERY slow , don’t recommend at all. The waiting time is too long for little things. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Waited for 2.5 hours just for some birth controls they took forever and skipping numbers going randomly top of that I arrive early for my appointment bs
The wait was long I was there from 12:30-3:30 and my appt was at 12:30 BUT that's kinda to be expected at a hospital but everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable!
