Excellent service and warranty
I must say after reading the reviews I'm completely astonished that's I didn't run into the same problems as the other reviews have. I purchased a washer and dryer from them (maybe not this exact location) but I must say I'm completely happy with the services that I received. The first two washers gave me problems, but with no questions asked they replace the washer not once, but twice. Now I have a working washer and dryer with about 85 days left on the warranty.
These guys delivered a broken fridge to me. ...twice! I walked into their shop needing a top/bottom fridge and they said they would have one ready for me that evening. They delivered the fridge and installed it as promised. After two days of waiting for the fridge to cool, i noticed that only the freezer was working. I called them to let them know and they were cooperative and promised to come fix it. I stayed home from work the next day waiting for them to come and nothing. Not even a phone call. It took 2 weeks of calling them everyday trying to get them to come out. When they finally did, they didn't fix the fridge, they replaced it with an even older one with no ice maker. By that time it wasn't worth the hassle anymore. I kept it. A month later it started leaking. They came back again to take a look at it, said they needed to order a part and never came back despite me calling and hassling them everyday. I'm still stuck with this leaking fridge.

Do they ever answer the phone? My employer bought a washer/dryer from them and the guy assured him everything was running right. They leave he goes to wash and it runs an error code so he transfers to the dryer and it does not work. So now we can not get anyone to answer or return a call. How do they stay in business?????
