My wife and I just moved to Irving, TX this week for a promotion. Decided stop in to buy some supplies to make a drink to celebrate our first full work week and a successful move as this place was close to our house. After selecting the bottles that I needed to make Margaritas I accidently walked up to the wrong counter to check out because it was my first time in the store. The assistant manager "Bill" notified me that he would check me out in the back. I walked back there and handed him the first bottle, he then rudely told me his counter was on the right and I could put the bottles there. I told him that I didn't think it mattered, but alright. He then proceeded to rudely remark that this is the problem with kids, nothing matters to them. He continued to talk about his issues with his personal family and compared me to them. I will not be going back here and will gladly take my business elsewhere. The way a business treats its customers matter to me.
Place is to small....they never have a big variety of liquor!! I am a regular and i get no discounts and everytime i come here....no special acknowledgement! Also the prices Are WAY TO HIGH!! There is definitely NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THIS LIQUOR STORE!! Try any other liquor store!! NOT THIS ONE!!!
