Saturday comes....the office is closed.. I am surprised since I had a great experience when I was there.... I really don't want to have to pay another $100 + for a key that's is barley new.
Neither was the case... I was told the key is bad and to go back where I got it from.
Called them told me it would be 2 hours till someone could come help me with my car. Lost my keys. Called to ask why it was taking so long no answer. On top of that no one ever showed up. Terrible 1st time experience. Update: Called next day and told me technician had medical emergency.
Now two months later, my key no longer works. I took it to a nearby locksmith, who checked to make sure it wasn't the batter or that it didn't needed to be reprogrammed again.
I have called today and no one picked up.
The guys here were Awesome!!!! The service and prices are reasonable. I recommend them to anyone who is in the area!!!!
I called last week and spoke with a man who told me to come back Saturday so he can take a look at the key, I work Monday-friday and won't make it by the time they close on those days... So he said to stop by Saturday.
UPDATE********** Wonderful experience ! Both Robert and Ken are amazing !! Ken kept me laughing the whole time I was there !!!
