This place annoys me to no end. The food is okay and a decent price but they just aren't consistent with their policies. I bring my dog to work and every once in awhile I'm craving a slice. They have a pizza window but the first time I went they said they allow dogs in the actual restaurant. The second time they wouldn't let me in with my dog and I ordered from the window and ate on the dirty curb. Today they have closed the window and wouldn't let me order at all. I honestly don't care what their policies are but I do want them to be consistent.
Placed an order online for delivery at 9:40 PM. Two hours later at 11:40 PM and still no pizza, and they don't answer the phone. I should have read the other reviews before I bothered ordering.
I love this place. Literally come to Deep Ellum just for pizza and a coke sometimes. The staff is friendly and the food is always amazing. Thank you for meeting my pizza needs.
Went for late night. Arrived at 3am. Business was open till 4am. Stuff was too busy flirting with the girls in front of us to take our order. Then they was low on pizza. We asked how long for another one and they wasn't sure. Then said probably 25 min. The restaurant was extremely dirty. Pizza boxes and trash literally everywhere. We decided to take it to go just to have a clean surface to eat on. I understand they not a fine dinning place but have some respect for your business. Pizza was good though.
Awful experience here, staff was rude, told us they had certain slices available, so we waited for 30 minutes only to be told they were out, complete disregard for our patience, I would never come back - so many better pizza places like stonedeck and serious nearby
