This place always has a great selection of movies. especially Blu-Ray and their TV shows collection. The staff are always friendly and more than willing to help.
VERY POOR customer service. Been multiple times and they are slow, rude & very unhelpful. They sold me what was an undamaged collector's box set and they opened it for me. When they opened it, they damaged it badly. They then refused to give me a discount or partial refund since THEY damaged it. The store manager was very rude & inconsiderate. MTC is great but this location absolutely sucks! If you want good customer service, then go to the Frisco location. They are GREAT there.
My wife and I like the great selection of videos both old and new that are sold here. Nice prices and the staff is friendly. We don't go there Real often but we've never been sorry afterwards when we have gone. So Yes I recommend it too.
