I wasn’t acknowledged at all by any of the employees,no one said a word to me. Instead they approached who I brought with me.
I was a former FG employee, which is why this upsets me more than anything. I was in the store this past weekend bringing in a arch eye hawk fish for trade or credit ,which they sell for about 45$,maybe even more.
If I could I’d give this place half a star!
Always have a good selection of both fresh and saltwater fish. Definitely above your average pet store or Walmart fish. It always impresses me the variety of bottom feeders they have. I enjoy coming here even if it is to just look around. They get their fish in on Thursday I think so early Friday is the best time to go.
why would you go anywhere else???! absolutely love this place! been around shopping at far more than a handful of places and could not be more happy with this place. its a one stop for everything! awesome selection..of everything! (setting up a planted fresh water tank..so cant speak for alt water set up but they had a great selection of that as well) hands down the best place around!!
Amazing service. We stumbled in 30 minutes before they closed and despite it being a slow hour for them and close to closing they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable -- they were even out of something I had been really wanting to get but pulled some strings and found it for me. The fish look beautiful and healthy, the water is pristine, and the staff is so friendly and good at what they do that they managed to upsell us and we had no regrets. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.
Then to make matters even more unprofessional I got offered 5$ trade in value by their saltwater tech. I was offended! I later went to Aquarium boutique, which isn’t a franchise like FG, and got offer 25$ trade in value. Riddle me that.
Great fish at great prices with awesome friendly service! Epic win! The tanks are clean with healthy plants and creatures.
