The doctors took really good care of me. They were very patient and understanding. The only thing that took a long time was trying to get a room. Other than that it was great
I had no problems because everyone was so professional. They explained every detail of what they needed me to do. So everything went smoothly and I was in and out in reasonable time.
Concentra Physical Therapy is the BEST! I had to come here for two months to work on ROM after suffering from a dislocated and fractured ankle. From the moment you first walk in, you are greeted warmly by receptionist, Monica. I came on time and was seen on time. My therapist was Chris, and I also worked with Kenyatta. They were both wonderful. Chris took an extended time each appointment to massage and stretch my ankle before he would guide me through my exercises. If I ever had a question about anything, Chris would take the time out to answer them, always making sure I felt safe doing my exercises. He is knowledgeable and professional . Chris was very kind and sensitive knowing that this was a traumatic injury. Chris and Kenyatta are very down to earth and truly care about getting you through the recovery process. I feel much improvement in my range of motion, mobility and strength after two months of sessions thanks to Chris. Hopefully, I won't have another injury but if I do this will be my place to go.
Hats off to the staff at this location, I have watched them deal with customers for several months, some which are not so pleasant. But they continue to do there jobs professionally and with tolerance in an area where a lot of people would not frequent or want to work. From the Office staff to the Doctors/PA and the great Physical Therapy Dept. I appreciate you being there for the community...
The staff is professional and I was seen in a timely manner. I would recommend them to any company that needs employees evaluated.
