Worst police department in TX. The police are out of control. The "female" cops sexually harass younger female inmates. I had an officer tell me to expose myself in front of the camera. I would hate to be an officer in a multi million dollar community that I know I will never be able to live in. Police should be from the towns they "serve"in so they are part of the community. Highland Park police are the farthest thing from part of our community. I have never met an angrier group of inefficient people in my life. Militarization of police will be the downfall of our country! We don't have a race or gender problem here in the US. We have a government vs. People problem here. Our government was formed in the idea that the government should fear the people...not the people fear the government. Every time I drive I feel like I'm being hunted. Next time a police officer get behind you remember how you felt . I guarantee safety wouldn't be the world to describe it.
They police are extremely rude here I tried calling to see how much it was to bail and they refused to help me
