I spoke to manager Luis and he didn't care to do anything. He came off as like they're buddies and this happens a lot more than it should.

Cashier BOBBI with the red wig needs to learn to do her job while keeping her mouth shut. I don't want to hear you huff and puff about doing your job, lazy. I've always ignored the depressed looking ladies with attitude in the past but Bobbi decided to have a filthy mouth with me today and it got too far.

Lost multiple packages with no explanation. No stamp machine?!?! Had to go through a long a** line for ONE postal stamp. Bought a p.o. box, didnt get my mail for almost a month! They kept sending it back. Worst post office in Texas!! I Will NOT be renewing my box.

I know a robot will take her job tomorrow but this person needs special one on one training.

Sent via regular mail an important document and it never reached its destination. Perhaps a ploy to ensure an up charge for priority shipping? Either way a simple letter should’ve been delivered from Dallas to Austin!

This post office is the absolute worst. They do not answer the phone so I have to continue wasting my time to physically go up there. I have lived at the same address for years and have not had any issues until recently. I requested *one* of my packages to be held at the PO. According to my tracking info, it was scanned into the facility and ready for pick up. I go to pick it up and the lady at the window is super rude. She told me it was with the carrier, not there and to come back the next day. I returned the following Monday figuring it had been plenty of time for them to locate it and have it ready. They STILL can't find my package and the guy took my info down and assured me he would call me back with an updated status later that day. I never received a call back. I go BACK up there the next day and that's when they officially told me it was lost. I requested a replacement from the company I ordered from and that was a whole other hassle in itself. Since I asked for that one package to be held, they've taken the liberty to hold another package of mine.... and all of a sudden cannot deliver even my regular mail because of "no access". Nothing has changed so I don't understand why they have issues delivering now! Customer service is a joke and no one can tell me what is going on! Two of my packages say they were unable to be delivered because of the no access thing and the third says it was delivered but it is nowhere to be found!!! And how could they "deliver" that one but not be able to access the building for the others?!?!? I'm so fed up I can't even muster up the strength to continue to be courteous to anyone if there. Did I also mention that for some reason I haven't been getting my regular mails either? Not even ads.... nothing!!! And I'm waiting for my license to come in for work!!

I just needed a stamp, but there machine never seems to have any! So I’ll not be going to this branch anymore.

Take your wedding invitations elsewhere!!! I️ specifically asked for my invitations to be hand-canceled, was told they would be and of course they weren’t. It’s so sad when you spend so much money and time on your beautiful invitations for such a special day and they arrive to your guests damaged because of lies and laziness.

I hope to see this USPS location start hiring quality people.
