Great service. Great location. Great food. There's nothing to complain about. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very accommodating. She realized I wasn't a fan of my drink and she insisted on changing it out, at no additional cost. Was surprised with free dessert. Upbeat and clean place. I ordered the guiso de res. It was DELICIOUS. Tasted authentic to a traditional Mexican plate. Definitely recommend.
Took forever to be acknowledged and get on the waiting list. We did hit it when it was busy but it took 1/2 hour for someone to talk to us. Our food was ok. Service had a lot to be desired though.
It's very close to the Omni Hotel, just across the street. The guacamole was delicious and plentiful as we're the beef tacos. Service was outstanding also. As Arnold once said, I'll be back.
It's not good. It's across from the hotel. The best thing that can be said is it's convenient. The food has no flavor, the service is just okay and the prices a bit too high for the taste. If they weren't one of a limited number of options they would have been closed long ago. Sorry, I don't mean to sound negative but it is a wasted dining experience.
Honestly in shock as to how rude and unprofessional the manager, Juan, was. We went off of most reviews posted and were really looking forward to trying this place out. Unfortunately, we waited about 30 minutes only for the hostess to tell us that there was a party of 16 that ended up having 24 so they would like to seat them together by using the table they cleared for us and would give us a booth that seats 4 (we had a party of 5) I kindly told her I would rather be comfortable and sit at the table she had initially cleared for us. She said that was fine. She comes back 5 minutes later and says her manager is going to seat the bigger party together (even though they had only reserved seating for 16). At this point, I ask to speak to the manager. Juan comes over, I asked him why he gave our table away, he says "they have more people and want to sit together " I replied I understand that but we have been waiting for a table for over 30 minutes to which he says "you could wait until another table is open, we need to take care of the people" so the fact that my family and I had been waiting meant nothing to him, apparently we are not the "people" he needed to take care of. He did not try to accommodate us at all and was incredibly rude.
