All three people who assisted us throughout our purchase were very knowledgeable and thorough. They knew what they had in inventory, what we'd need to order, discount dates, reward member perks, shipping information, etc.. Whoever is running this store is doing a fantastic job of training the staff!
Great customer service at this location management is always great. Online pick up was easy also.
The assistant manager was very helpful, she even tracked down a pair of shoes and had them held for me after I left. Turns out they were half the price originally marked so even better! Only downside is that some of the shoes seemed to be marked the wrong price, but I will definitely be back for the great deals.
