Today, I received my suit in the mail only to find out that the arms are still an issue. Needless to say I will be returning my suit very soon.

My problem is with the tailoring department. I purchased a suit 2 weeks ago, got fitted etc everything went to plan. I received a call the following week that my suit was in and I could pick it up. So I drove from Las Calinas to North Park only to find that my jacket was not tailored.
The service I received from my salesperson was good, but rushed. This is to be expected in commission environment so no problem here.
I tend to buy most of my clothes from Nordstrom or even their partner at Trunk Club, but this last experience is starting to make me think maybe I can find something better.
I went through the process again and was promised there would have no issues, then I asked if they could mail the suit so I didn't have to make the drive again. No problem.
