Be aware, this is NOT a synagogue. It is a Christian Church. They are evangelicals claiming to be Jews to entrap actual Jews into their religion. Its very disingenuous, and its very unfortunate they think they're doing the right thing.
Positive atmosphere. God is definitely in the house 24/7. Much love.
I used to love baruch hashem, but I am hurt and upset that baruch hashem is hosting a death cult that is calling themselves a christian ministry by the name of "storehouse dallas," who they are letting rent their building to hold their death cult worship services on sundays and thursdays. this group is practicing "grave sucking" and preaching it at baruch hashem. They are also promoting new age kundalini healing practices and calling it the holy spirit and doing that kundalini stuff at baruch hashem too. I am sad because this is not the baruch hashem I know and grew up with, and I am disappointed that they have ceased to have standards by letting this stuff in and supporting it. It's heartbreaking.
Not a Jewish Synagogue! Not knowing Dallas, I went into this “synagogue “ to say Kaddish. Little did I know with all the yalmakas, even a “Rabbi” and Torah, the bottom line is that this was a congregation that accepted Jesus as the Messiah. When you accept Jesus as Messiah (Christ) you are now a Christian; no value judgement good or bad, but you are no longer part of The Jewish community. You can observe Jewish customs, holidays, prayer rituals, but you do them as a Christian..... NOT a Jew. I felt very deceived here, and feel sorry for other Jews who have no clue that when they pray to Jesus, they are known as Christians; believers in Christ.
Typical Christian missionary outreach posing as a Jewish synagogue. These Sam artists take the Tanakh out of context and mix verses from Christianity to justify that Yeshua was the Anointed one When in the Hebrew scriptures; There are Over 20 prophesies that Yeshua Didn't fulfill, let alone NO mention of a 2nd coming or Virgin birth of an Anointed Messiah that has to be from King David's lineage.
I ended up reciting Kaddish in a Jewish Cemetery.
