quiet. freindly, professional. they teally helped me when my ailing elder cat was very ill. the vets took great care of her and spent tome fiscussing the situation as well. you can see how dedicated they are yo thier patients and thier guardians.
We absolutely love this place. Everyone has been friendly and they remember our dog's names - which let's hope that's for a good reason and not because our dog's act like furry little psychos when we visit. We call Dr. Merrill the Dog Whisperer. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best for them. You can tell she loves her career and caring for animals is her passion. It's hard to find that these days and animals can sense that, too. What they charge is fair and we've never had an issue with any of our billing. If you're looking for a great animal clinic to trust your fur babies to, this is the place.
They fleece and overcharge without informing you. I was charged $35 for a "tech visit" to administer a booster shot of a vaccine I had paid for. The doctor had told me a week earlier that everything was covered under the expensive $140 vaccination and annual visit fee I paid, but the receptionist still charged me the extra amount. When I asked why the fee of the technician who administers the booster shot not included in the package, they had no answer. I don't think it's a place that can be trusted if they are dishonest about their charges.
Love these guys. They took great care of my pup and the very even called personally for a follow up, and it was clear that he was genuinely concerned for my pup as if he was his own.
