I have been calling the bakery and the store for three whole days morning, afternoon and evening trying to order a cake for for my daughter and they haven't answered the phone yet.... I don't understand what type of business this Sams club is operating where they never pick up their phone it's very unprofessional.
customer service is really bad if you are trying to call in an order and when they answer they where rude
