Do not bother getting a home loan through this bank. They will do whatever it takes to sell you the house even if it means finding you the least amount of insurance coverage possible just to bring down monthly payments, it's like they don't even bother giving you options. Of you shop for your own, and they don't like it, they will say it's too high. Total lack of communication and thorough explanation of what procedures come next. Quite literally every day I waited for a Phone call from here wondering what's the reason for pushing back the closing date this time.
