This New group 'Disgusts' Me!!!
When I walk up & there's no customers & they're engaged in a conversation... they look at me as though I'm breaking up their 'fun' & I'm not welcomed (like you would expect to see from a group of teenage kids with serious behavioral problems)!!!
The rep., Bianca, actually took a break & followed me, in Wal-Mart (during my visit before last), where I was shopping, to give me a dirty look (and she wasn't even the bank rep. who was helping me)!!
When I opened my account a few years ago, the staff was polite & helpful! The original Mgr., Dustin, was absolutely fantastic; along with his staff...
I Have Been With Woodforest National Bank For 17 year's Now And Those Guys Are Always Very Nice And Polite To Me...They All Deserve A Raise For Being Totally Honest And Awesome....Mr.Tatum!
The staff is so friendly & helpful. We have been members with this bank for over 2 years & we love them!
I agree that the customer service is rude and impolite specifically at this branch. This is not my first time coming there. They will give you problems, so better go to branch at Addison Kroger store.
Nowadays there are only 2 of the original group of the 'nice' bank Reps left.... and there's at least 3 for whom I have bad experiences with very often; including a bearded, stoic Mgr. & a young woman named Bianca (for whom I cannot remember 'one...single...time' that she hasn't been rude or given me dirty looks)!!
