Awesome! Taco Tuesday isn't on the menu but amazing deal of $2 & $3 tacos and $3 excellent rocks margaritas!
If you are coming here for an event, I strongly, STRONGLY encourage you to think twice. They are absolutely terrible in terms of service and management and Kimmy and John Barbara are the absolute worst.
The entire scenario devolves into a heated exchange with management and multiple patrons. We were all literally attacked and assaulted out of the building, in most cases before our credit cards were returned to us from the bar. Add to that the money we lost from management aggressively walking to our tables, grabbing full drinks out of our hands and throwing them away and it was the worst event experience I've ever seen.
There was a dog outside. He was a good boy! How do I know ot was outside? The bar was so crowded that we were stuck outside. Four dog treats put of five.
1st time there.. Tacos good, good specials everyday. But the bartender was drunk and licking and grabbing all on this girl behind the bar. They said that was his girlfriend. So inappropriate...
The service was trash. It took about 30-45 minutes for each round of drinks and usually, our order was wrong. They were severely understaffed. I don't fault our server, only management. Consider this - only a regular night, each server has three tables. For this night, our server had at least five to seven. But honestly, service was the highlight of the evening because we could tell they were doing what they could with what they had. It was downhill after that.
Service is friendly and attentive, they have my beverage ready before I sit down. It's good mix of menu items, it's not just fried bar food; however, the chicken wings are the best in Dallas
So, do NOT attend this place, especially if it's for an event. I attended this place with a group of friends for the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight and to put it succinctly, our entire experience was trash.
Now let's talk about the end of the night, the manager (Kimmy), and the owner (Jon Barbara). First off, be mindful of the fact that we paid $20 for a seat to watch this fight in its entirety. No expectations were set from our server or management about when the establishment would close or how that would be relevant to the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight. The problem is that they closed at midnight and made no attempt to alert in patrons that had paid their $20 for the fight. The last call was made around 11:30 p.m. We placed an order for two buckets of beers (10 total) for 6 people. It took 30 minutes before we received those beers due to the overwhelmed servers.
At midnight, they promptly turned on all lights, turned OFF the sound to the fight, and began aggressively began going to each table and throwing away full, PAID FOR drinks. Then things got really crazy from this B-list staff.
The manager (Kimmy), proceeds to come to our table, quickly grabs our 1/2 full buckets of beer and dumps them in the trash, and then grabs the drink OUT OF MY WIFE'S HAND and throws it away. Basically, this was assault. As I stand in opposition to the fact that my wife has been assaulted, she then calls security on me. All the while, our friends alert me to the fact that the owner (John Barbara) continues to drink beers while they tell us that our beverages are being thrown away "due to the law."
