Great service, fair price and great work!
Roy and his team have always been great about taking the time to explain my options when faced with an item that needs fixing or maintenance. He is more than happy to let me know when something doesn’t need to repaired right away. I value the whole team’s honesty which is why I have been going there for over 5 years.
Not sure what any of the negative reviews are about, Roy has always taken great care of me and has even gone out of his way to save me money when possible.
Rarely do I write reviews, but I felt obligated to let people know of our experience here. My husband had his car serviced here and they stole $150 from his glove department. When my husband told them about the stolen money, they didn't act especially surprised or sorry. They offered to give us a discount on our next service, but at this point, I do not trust them to take any of our cars there again. We take responsibility for leaving the money in the glove department, but I would have hoped that a business like this would have done a better job handling this situation and taking care of their customers.
These guys give fair estimates and I can count on them to treat me with respect and honesty every time!
I had three other mechanics looks at my Lexus Hybrid after Sewell needed a new transmission (less that 90k miles on it). They put the car up on the lift, and then showed me. Merely built up radiator fluid. No charge. These guys know their stuff.
