The staff was great but roped in with the promise of a discount, which had a HUGE list of exclusions on brands..LIKE almost every freaking brand in the store. Waste of effort and will not be back.
My husband came inside this store because my mom always come to sho here. My husband has always been buying his watches at Macy's but this time he came here to purchase a Michael kors smart watch and the rude lady who was helping him make the purchase kept asking him if he was sure if he wanted to buy it and even kept re counting the money and she checked every single one too see if it was real. I don't know if it was the way he was dressed because it was his off day and he had comfortable clothes on or because he is Hispanic. Such rude service so he took his purchase back to Macy's. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Store is fabulous and products they have are great, I will not return to this location given the poor customer service I received.
This is another store, that gives me another reason to visit Galleria. Dept are well set up and easy to find. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I bought some items from the Hosiery dept and the lady was helpful. It was very well organized.
Well, I first went to find perfume for men and they did not carry an individual perfume, but instead they had the kit which has a big perfume, a travel one and a cream. Why they wouldn't have just one perfume for customers to choose that option? I do not understand. Then I went to the shoes department to find boots in the men's section. My size is an 8 and the person working in shoes said he didn't have any shoes in size 8 and they only ran up to an 8 and a half. They do not have much variety in boots. I walked out not having found what I needed and I am very disappointed and if I could rate 0, I definitely would!
