The have nice variety of home decor, but they are somewhat over priced. On my shopping visit today with family I noticed a cake pan price read $1.99, but when I got to the register it rang up $15.99 I explained shelf price to cashier, and asked if she had the authority to honor the shelf price $1.99? "No" (she replied) so i asked for the Manger? ADRIAN (Manager) came over to our Register, but he told me he could not honor the $1.99 price for the THRESHHoLD CAKE PANS reduced price to $10.99. (I strongly feel that I should have been honored to pay the $1.99 (shelf price for the cake pan!) Who else can I complain too?
This is a pretty good Target. They usually have a lot of cashier's working so the check out lines go pretty fast!
This is one of the better Targets in the Dallas areas IMO. I love how clean this facility is and how nice the people are. I get all my cloths here and rock out like a G when I go out on the town.
So here's what happened, I brought item in. My receipt had been in my floorboard as I wasn't initially planning on returning it, and when the customer service associate saw this she called an asset protection associate to look at the cameras and see if I was the person who physically purchased it. I let them know beforehand that I was not and that it was a gift, but this made no difference. So when AP saw that it was purchased by a black guy I was told that this was "sketchy" and that I would not be allowed to return it. Overt racism aside, it should make no difference who purchased it. I had the item. I had the receipt.
I let them know I would not be back.
Was just turned away when trying to return an item because, and this is a quote people, it was "purchased by a black guy".
Easy and convenient location to Uptown. Usually has what I need in stock. Target also price matches. I only gave 3 stars because at night the parking lot is not that safe in my opinion. Once this is addressed I will update to excellent.
