Dr Taquet is a lovely woman and very kind, but her staff (for the most part) is abrupt, discourteous, and rude. Everytime I call for an appointment it feels as though im inconveniencing them. I often wait at the window for 5-15 minutes without being acknowledged. And well-child check ups? Dont even bother! They are constantly booked 1-2 months in advance. And dont dare think she is going to address more than one issue at a time. "schedule another visit"... 1-2 months later. I can find another "lovely and kind" doctor, alot easier than i can deal with crappy service. We're finding a new physician.
