I was referred to Dr Kraus and when I went in for my first appointment, the receptionist was very friendly nor did she give me eue contact. I won't mention her name, but the medical asst called me one morning to inform me that they finally received the authorization from my insurance company to start a certain procedure. I missed the call seeing tjat I am disabled and couldn't get to my phone in time so I called het back. I could only leave a message amd her voicemail stayes that all call will be returned within 24hours. I called the next day and had to leave messages. The third day I called four times and the fourth message I did let her know that I would be contacting my insurance company to inform them of what's happening, no communication, and that I would be switching doctors because they have lost my trust and confidence.

I have only positive things to say about Dr Krause..He was very informative about the procedure he was going to do on my back and the procedure went well
Bad experience. Failed to address the stated reason I came to his office. I told him the cause of my pain (torn rotator cuff) and it was as if he didn't hear the words that came out of my mouth. He proceeded to tell me I needed to have an MRI of my neck (not the cause of my pain!). Then, when I complained, he called my wife (not me) at work, talked down to her, didn't listen and was argumentative. I would rather suffer in pain than go back to this doctor.
