Update: This company is complete trash. After they didn't deliver flowers to my gf on Valentine's Day, they still haven't given me a refund. I called multiple times leaving my name and the recepients name. The first time they said it'll take 30 mins. Nothing. Called again the next two days and they said they couldn't find the order? And that I should hear back no later than 3 days. Five days after...nothing! I didn't want to have file a claim through my credit card but this company is completely ridiculous. Not once when I spoke to them did they not apologize for why things didn't get delivered or offer an explanation. Save yourselves the trouble and never shop this trash of a florist shop.
I ordered a Valentines Bouquet the Friday before Valentines Day, they billed my credit card but did not deliver the Flowers. When I called to see what happened they are not answering the phone, when the voicemail picks up it says the box if full. Mistakes happen but customer service is vital and Dallas Petal Pushers fails on both counts.
Arrangements are always nice for the price. They also are READY to produce one when you get there...little waiting unless holiday. Great staff...going back again.
You know a company is bad when you write a reivew for both google and yelp about how terrible of an experience you've had.
Do no do Business with Petal Pusher! Horrible experience! The flowers we ordered to be delivered on February 14th wasn't delivered! Sent email to the owner and no reply. And they don't even have tracking system to see if the flowers were delivered. Very unprofessional of Petal Pushers!!!! Not a happy customer here!

Original review: Absolutely the worse florist company ever. Order some flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend who works at the hospital nearby. Told them they had to deliver by 6 cause she gets off. I called around five because I was concerned that she did not get her flowers. In fact I called more than ten times. They went to voicemail, however on the last two that I called they picked up and slammed the phone down. They were completely dodging calls. This company did not have the decency to even call me or my gf to call me and tell me they couldn't deliver the flowers. When I left an angry voicemail I finally got a call back at 8:30 pm and there was no apologies or anything. What a joke of a florist company.
