In a time of crisis and mourning, we sometimes forget the details. I called McShan at 7:30 am and needed two arrangements delivered by 11:00 am to a neighboring city. They were so responsive, courteous and professional. My arrangements arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful.
I ordered the sympathy spray at the very last minute (totally forgot) and McShan was able to fulfill with no problem. The spray was even more beautiful in person than shown online. And, the fact that they email you a picture of the finished product is great. Highly recommend McShan - no better florist around.
