I love DYC. There's a real sense of an inclusive community. The teachers are excellent and the quality of continuing education classes are top notch.
1st visit to any type of Yoga establishment. As a matter of fact my name and yoga would more than likely generate laughter from those who know me. I will say that the session I attended was excellent and that I have a completely new view of the practice. I would highly recommend this place.
I like the yoga center but I love their teacher Mary Kimberly. Mary really knows the body. She is a miracle worker Mary Kimberly is the best!!!
Tried it but it just did not make me feel as good as Yoga Sport up the street. The people were nice but it just did not work for me. I would say try different places to see which one makes you feel good. I went to the beginner workshop at YogaSport and that helped me a lot. After trying a couple places including this one, I just went back to the one that made me feel great. Nothing bad about this place but to each their own. :)
