This place is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in you feel like Rocky Balboa is gonna be right around the corner. Very old school vibe and there is even a boxing ring in the corner. If you are looking for a pristine modern gym with lots of cardio machines and amenities, this is not your place. If you're looking for a straight to the point, no-frills lifting gym with TONS of free weights, then this is the place for you. Also, rarely crowded during peak hours, and you'll pretty much never have to wait for anything.
The best gym ever, learn about muscle growth, learn about Greek philosophy. Tell Doug that you want him to train you, reasonable prices and a Dallas landmark, sometimes you see this place in movies or tv shows.
I just moved back to Dallas and cannot wait to get back with Doug and his work outs! I've never had a better workout in my life. Doug can conform your body into the one you've dreamed about! Love him and this gym!
