I've been a State Farm customer for 30+ years with multiple policies. My experience with Mike Baker in Dallas has prompted me to take my business elsewhere. His professionalism, business practices, follow up - all leave reason to question trusting your insurance needs with him. This is my FIRST negative review, ever. If was able to make my rating a zero or negative star rating, I would have.
I have been insured with Mike Baker for over 30 years, & for 30 years he has always been faithful in helping us obtain the proper coverage for our autos & homes. I recently had a hail damage claim & Mike & his office were very helpful in explaining what my policy covered & what the claim process was. SF as usual did a great job handling my claim & gave me a very fair settlement on my car. I always recommend SF & Mike's office to all of my friends!
I've been with State Farm for over 15 years; 13 years in Missouri and now 2 years in Texas. Any time I've had to leave a message or email Mike or Jen, I've received a call or message back within a few minutes that is personalized to whatever I asked about. When my car was hit and the person didn't have insurance, they helped me through the process of getting everything filed and handled. When I had questions, they are more than happy to settle in and walk me through my quotes, coverage, or bills. I've been very happy with my experience so far.
