Well, I'm surprised to some bad reviews over here. I can say I'm very happy with them. On my almost 20 twenty years of experience on the truck industry. I know how thinks works. I had experience with many other people on this area. One more time I say, I'm happy with them. They superate my expectancy. Since I was looking for another one... They got everything fast and gave me the best option at all... Very good communication with them in inglês or Spanish. They get my calls or reach me back immediately or emails, text messages. Every ways.... And they do all that I need how I need..... Things like check new drivers, add, remove, set up with new brokers....etc.. so, I would not be happiest then that....

Worst Insurance agency I have ever dealt with. If 0 stars was an option, that's what they deserve. I can't ever in contact with my agent and any time I have questions or want to add drivers to my policy, she is unavailable. Estefania Cordona. Even when I have gotten her on the phone, she will not resolve any issue I had and will not give me any updates and I won't hear from her anymore. To top it off, they quoted me a bundled coverage which was supposed to include cargo insurance only for me to find out months later that I didn't have it. This is literally the worst company in existence.
I cannot believe they are getting one star! This company has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. They are walking us through every step and is willing to answer any questions we have. Very good communication and genuinely cares about you and not just wanting your money. DEFINITELY would recommend them!
