The worse experience of my life...
This office attend to the public and people who come here cannot have access to a bathroom? This is unbelievable...in Dallas, TX...you serve the public and refused to allow your customers or clients to have access to bathrooms? Someone in authority at the office need to fix this ....anyone doing business in the office should have access to bathrooms including the disabled.
I give this office LESS THAN HALF A STAR..They don't deserve a full star..!
And then, the staff I encountered were simply rude and not helpful at all.........!!!
and when I finally found it...I wanted to use the bathroom and was told "we have no public bathroom here, you have to drive to McDonald's or any gas station to use a bathroom..." Really..?? WOW...!!
Not sure what the people were doing, but it was easy to find and they were very helpful.
Been coming to this location for many years. Go in the late afternoon and there is hardly ever a wait. Everyone is super friendly and helpful unless you aren't... They have always been quick and assisted in any research or documentation I've ever needed. About the most you can ask of a tax office I assume. Either way thanks to the staff for their assistance!
Little difficult to find.
They slack too much man screw this place that lady gets up and goes chit chat make jokes and stuff with her coworkers. She did nothing for over an hour. You pay people to do nothing?
Will never ever go back there again .....NEVER....SAD, SAD, SAD....
