The food and drinks are good but the service is lacking. The hostess didn't introduce us to the place or tell us anything about it. The counter service was awful. I asked the girl what she would suggest and she said, "I try not to eat here but...." She didn't seem like she wanted to be there and was Ill-dressed with yoga pants and hair down. I ordered food and one of the frozen beverages, $17. I stood at the counter for a couple minutes and had to ask if i could have my drink. She was busy talking to a co-worker. The waitress wasn't any better, she kept forgetting stuff and had to make multiple trips back and forth from the table.The only saving grace was the guy behind the counter who explained to me what food items he really liked and what to expect. Good concept but needs good staff to sustain it.
It’s a neat idea, but the space is not big enough for all the dogs. There’s no grass, just wood chips covering dirt. Some wood got stuck in my dogs paws. You also have to pay $6.44 per dog to get in- not worth the cover charge.
The concept is great and it was spacious enough for the dogs to run around. However, it was very dirty. We parked close to the entrance and as I stepped out, there was dog waste. We went in, and it wasn't much better. The small dog area was scattered with dog waste. The smell was so strong, we decided against eating there. The $6.50 per dog fee didnt seem fair for a place the wasn't maintained. Ended up leaving after about 10 minutes and drove straight to the White Rock Lake dog park, which is free and better maintained.
Such a cool place. My dog was loving it. I found fun place to relax and unwind, enjoyed the food. Friendly people too. Going back!
My dog loves this place! Parking is crazy though, and it is ridiculous that you have to pay to let your dog run around ($6 plus tax at gate)... However the food is good, and if your a drinker they have a full bar.
