The staff here is so great. Deborah Martini could not have been more accommodating. She made things so easy and out of all of the moving stress, this became the least stressful part thanks to her. Their rates were great too. Please go see them, they are awesome!
I have never met someone as nice as the Manager Tony. Had my unit for about 5 months and when I had an issue he helped me with no hesitation. If you need a storage unit this is the place to go and spend your money with a company that fully appreciates their customers. I will be sending all my family and friends. Spacious and clean units as well. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks
Facility is spotlessly clean and very simple to negotiate. Drive in, drive out without making any sharp turns. Security to both get in and get out. But the real outstanding feature is the customer service. In a city like Dallas known for its friendliness, Tony at Extra Space is a standout. I cannot remember the last time I was treated to such outstanding service. Professional, complete, friendly, accommodating -- this place is an absolute treat to do business with. Highly recommended!
