We always park here and never have any issues. Tonight we dropped our rental car off at dollar rent a car (what a joke) and their shuttle wouldn't take us to Best's parking lot (which is half a mile away)at midnight and it's not in a good part of town. Best's shuttle picked us up right inside their gate after we had to walk there and drove us to our car. He didn't have to do this but after a cancelled flight in Florida and a 14 hour drive back to Dallas it really made a good impression on us. So thank you for your great customer service we really appreciated it especially tonight!!

Always use them when flying to/from DAL. Very considerate, professional and friendly. They are a part of my traveling family and always welcome me back (sometimes more than my REAL family!!). Have never had to wait on a shuttle bus more ham a few minutes... they are almost always there waiting.
Have been using Best since 1989. To Terminal is 5 Stars - pickup from the Terminal is a 1 Star - tonight waited over 10 minutes - 5 Parking Spot Shuttles came and went before Best showed up
