Remote north sucks!!!!! Do not take it... add an extra hour each way. Miserable. These people just want you money and dont care how long you wait!!!! Took away buses and now go to every terminal.... DO NOT PARK HERE!!!DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!!@@#$&&,
I waited an hour and 45 minutes for a shuttle to come. While I waited only 2 remote North shuttles came by and they were both full. They supposedly have shuttles running every 15 minutes? But only 3 came by in an hour and 24 minutes time. I landed at 8:40p and didn't get to my car till 10:45pm. They raised their rates and lowered their service.
Y'all suck. Always have to wait for shuttles. Was standing right beside your shuttle bus and the driver never opened the door. He just drove off after a five second wait. There was not a single passenger on his bus.
Just pay the extra $2 to park in Express. The shuttle route (particularly for A, B, C) takes FOREVER. On top of that, our driver made a wrong turn and had to double back on the route causing us to miss the window for checking our bags by literally one minute. We had to throw away $75 worth of stuff to clear security and carry our bags on. The general manager said the driver's error only added a few minutes to my drop-off time and I should have been at the airport earlier so they would not reimburse me for the items I had to throw away. I asked to have the parking charges refunded and did not receive a response so I filed a charge-back with my credit card company. The shuttle ride on the way back to parking took forever to arrive and was full after only one stop but we still went from C to A to B while the driver piled suitcases at the front of the bus. Never again. Express actually gets you to and from the terminal in a reasonable amount of time.
Access to the parking area is extremely difficult coming in from the north, walking around such a large lot takes too much time, and the shuttle bus service is very infrequent. From standing at the stop to getting my car, it took almost an hour.
Do not park here. Rather, head to other lots that are much more logically situated and better priced.
