Need updating
I normally don't waste time writing bad reviews, but I cannot hold back on this one. This has to be the most unorganized, slowest, & insufficient CVS pharmacy I've ever used. I only stay because it's right near my house. EVERY TIME, literally every single freaking time, I need to refill the same prescription there's issues between insurance, copays, the actual medicine itself, or them just saying they have no record of me at all!!?? And the funny part is they automatically refill that prescription and let me know it's ready on their own. Yet when I get there they have no record or it or me as a customer. To top it off, the pharmacy, ESPECIALLY the people answering the phones have terrible customer service. I can't go with to be not pregnant so I can have the energy to travel elsewhere.
