OMG Seriously??? BEST PLACE EVER to see live music back in the 80's !! My God, how many bands did I see there in high school? Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, The Stand, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Psychadelic Furs, Book of Love, The B-52's, and on and on and on!!!! I still can't believe they tore it down :`-( As much as I love Home Depot, it just doesn't do the place justice. It was a huge music landmark to my friends and I during our "new-wave" teenage years & I definitely think of it fondly in terms of coming of age milestones, that milestone being stuffing a bunch of friends into a car and making the trip from Grand Prairie to Oak Cliff to see another of our favorite bands!!!
