I was very pleased with my experience with American Pride and with Jeff Jenkins. He showed me the price upfront, so I knew exactly how much it would cost. Other roofers wouldn't even give me a quote before finding out how much my insurance company would pay. The roof is excellent quality and much prettier than the one that was replaced. The workers were efficient and cleaned up well after finishing the job.
We were COMPLETELY satisfied with APR and the staff was completely honest about pricing - backed by a “hard quote”… not words. The roof was scheduled and completed on-time despite the heat super-hot day. We completed the walk through and close out the project as scheduled. Best part, I wasn't waiting around and wondering what came next.
This has become my #1 roofing company is DFW area and I have given their information to a few friends looking to repair their roof; which tells you the level of service we've received.
Jeff Jenkins was fabulous... this was our first time having to deal with a storm that coat so much damage, he came by our house and gave us a quote and we had good conversations. American Pride is a reputable and honest company to work with. They gave us a quote without asking how much the insurance company paid and the price was less than 3 others whom all asked to see the adjuster's report first. You will get quality work at a fair price. Craig Sloan was great to deal with. We are pretty particular and Craig made sure all of our expectations were met.
