Working with JNT Developers was an excellent experience! They walked me through the whole thing and explained every step of the way. Special kudos to Josh Sanchez. He went VERY out of his way to helping my parents on their roof and even explained everything in spanish which was a major plus to them. He made everything a smooth and quick experience and was very flexible with working with our schedule and meet our needs. Definitely would recommend JNT to anyone!
Renovating a home can be a daunting process, especially when it comes to finding the right company to replace your roof. I was very pleased with the quality of service and end product I received from JNT. Mark Robinette gave me top-notch service. Mark spent an hour with me when he initially inspected the roof for hail damage and also showed up to work with the insurance adjuster. He took all my calls and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. Everything was done on schedule. Mark worked out a fair price with me (I asked for several bids from other roofers before selecting JNT), and his crew did a great job with the install and clean-up. When they were done, I could barely tell they had been there. Most importantly, in an industry full of shady operators, I felt like Mark was honest and above-board with me during the whole process.
Jonathan Sherwood - President and Charlie Gray - Project Manager were great to work with. They provided professional and friendly service and completed the job within the time frame they set. I was also impressed with the daily updates including email, phone calls and photos of the project.
