I don't believe the employees here have adequate customer service skills or seriously care about car owners retrieving their cars in a timely manner.
Car was towed due to a valet parking attendant mistake. It took nearly 1.5 hours for me to receive my car again once I arrived to pick it up.
Scammers at best we had proof the parking machine was broken. They towed everyone in the lot. Even though the machine was visibly not working/ functioning. Only accept cash no ATM. Thieves and crooks is what this company is made of.
This place is ridiculous!! Everyone was rude not helpful in anyway possible
