I want to give a BIG shout out to Christopher who helped my brother Ryan while he was trying to pass the obstacle course! Not only that but both him and Zach from the front desk were very attentive as well as everyone else in the staff. Coming from a person who use to work with kids, I know how hard it can be on the workers to stay focused, but these guys were amazing, they made my brothers' night a fun time.
Thanks Jumpstreet staff!
We went this afternoon and a total of six children in the entire establishment! We had a 3 year old and a four year old. The three year old was confined to one area and the four year old could only go in two areas. If a staff member who was a teenager was not in an area your kid could not play.
Some of the games were broken. They had left over food and band aides in the toddler area jump house.
One of the best places in Dallas to bring the kids! The staff is great, the manager is great, and everyone had a great time! Love that they keep the little 'uns separated from the big kids for safety!
My kids always have so much fun when we come here. Maybe there could be something done about the smell though, but it's not that bad. There is plenty for them to do but always a favorite are the slides. We'll be keeping this in our rotation of fun family outings.
The place is clean, calm and calm, especially on a Saturday night like today.
We went today with my 2 year old and 3 year old. They only are allowed in a small portion of the park and my daughter climbed the trampoline and got stuck on the top. The workers would not let me go up and get her when she was screaming to get down. After 10 minutes we had to break the rules because the wouldn’t do anything to help but yell at her. Horrible place and we will never go again. They need to hire individuals who are actually helpful.
Another area our four year old could go into if we paid extra but were not told this tell they were trying to kick him off it!
In the toddler area parents are not allowed to jump with your kid or walk on the side of the trampolines! Since I'm not allowed to play with my kid I walked on the side to get a ball and got called out by a teenager staff member.
