Friendly staff open gym begins at 3 p.m. until then the weight room will be open 15 for yearly pass for residents of the city and 5 for a day pass
Great place. Staff is curtious and knowledgeable. My son loves going here. It has that true neighborhood vibe.

Squat rack, bench press, and all of the nessecities for a casual OR dedicated gym goer are provided for a VERY reasonable monthly fee of only $15.
Its a small hidden gem of a gym (haha)
All the big gyms can't compete with this, although it is a smaller setup - it still has all the neccessities.
