Best customer service ever. First time@ Hard
Each year we go on vacation we visit Hard Rock. While I love the cafe, Dallas wasn't as impressive as other cities we have been. I was a little let down. We had just vacationed in Memphis a year prior and I compared the two. However they did not disappoint with their food. Excellent food. Great service.
I haven't been to a Hard Rock Cafe in years, we were in Dallas for my boyfriends birthday over the weekend and he has never eaten at a Hard Rock so we went in for lunch. There were only 3 families including us and we waited 45 minutes to get food, our waitress rarely came by to fill drinks, it took her 20 minutes to just bring us our ticket after we asked fro it. I couldn't even finish my meal cause to me it was undercooked, we ordered burgers, were not asked how we would like them cooked (assuming the would come out well done) they were both medium rare at best, my bun was soggy from all the blood. We had other events planned and since we had already waited so long for food didn't even want to waste the time getting it sent back, I just trashed it. I recommend never going to this location.
Definitely not one I'd come back to! Wait staff was extremely slow even though there were 5 or 6 tables in the entire diner. Food came out and edges of the burger were burnt and do was the bacon... Not flame broiled, but flat burnt... Ruined the taste of the entire meal.... Oh well it was an experience.
You know that feeling you get when you ask for your meat to be medium rare? You receive your food, make your first cut or take that first bite into the beef you've patiently waited for? Euphoric. Conjoin this with a well decorated and cleanly furnished restaurant and pleasant staff and what do you get? A return customer.
