Used to be good. Sucks now. Bent my license plate and left dirt on the car. No impressed.
Went today for the first time to do the $10 wash and vacuum out the car. Ran through the washer once and the car was so dirty from not being washed in forever it still had stuff stuck to it. Asked one of the guys what we could do to get it off and he sprayed my car with a sometime to help remove the residue and let me take the car through the washer again! Amazing customer service. It was very fast as well and no wait. Also used the vacuum for awhile and it worked very well, didn't feel rushed, and as a female felt very comfortable trying to finagle my way around the car with the vacuum. Will be back.
Had a smear on the windshield, wash didnt get it. Went back to ask about re do and was told to buy a more expensive wash. Not the best, just busiest place on Lemmon...go across the street for better results.
Great staff, awesome job on cleaning in and out of car. Very busy place. We enjoy going here.
