The worst place of any business establishment. Do yourself a favor & go to Wave Wash on Greenville. They care about your business there, not at Carmel. There is a reason they have a 2/5 stars. I tried to give them another chance 2 years later & still horrible. If u don't want your car clean but want to pay, go here. No 24 hr rain cover on top of your car not being cleaned to begin with.
I used to pay 60 a month for full-service here with unlimited carwashes for the month but because I drive for Uber and lift now they want to charge me 90 I am being discriminated against because they say I am a commercial driver when I drive part time for Uber and lift in my own vehicle they want to charge me $90 instead of only 60 I’ve been paying 60 for the last five months today they want 90 because of my transportation for hire decal ???
First I'll start by saying only purchase the minimum package. If you just want a quick wash and vacuum you will be just fine.
I purchased the $50 wash and couldn't be more disappointed. My bumper had bugs all over it. Every panel still had some form of dirt, water stain or bug. The door wells were all still dirty and water stained, interior doors all had dust and dirt and appeared to have had nothing done to them. My windows all still have spots on them. After waiting in the 100 degree weather under fans and two air/water coolers(neither hooked up to a water source and one not working) I had to then re-vacuum my entire vehicle(terrible air pressure on vacuums, finish cleaning the interior and exterior all in extreme heat. I don't mind detailing my own car but in the summer I pay well due to the heat. I will have to wait until the sun goes dow to finish theor job. I even tipped my guy 10 dollars before he started. I can't speak for the 100 dollar detail, but overall this has been my worst auto carwash experience. In addition, I know everyone saw me re-doing their job and yet not a single employee inquired as to why. Not while I was vacuuming, re-cleaning my wheels, reconditioning my seats, not at any point.
Terrible service. No direction coming out of the wash so I felt completely lost. And then waited in a spot while attendants tended several cars after me that came and went...some being tended to by multiple people and not one employee helped. I watch workers standing and tallking while I waited...I paid for the works but my car ended up air drying rather than being towel dried. I finally had to get out of my car to find a manager. After complaining she finally sent idle workers over to my car, and offered no apology or refund. I then sat in the summer Texas heat while the workers shot the breeze while detailing my car. Very disappointed.
