I have used their services for several years now for hand washing of my two vehicles. I have been very pleased with their efficient and workman like services.
Had new windshield wipers in the floor board of my truck. Didn't realize they were missing until two days later. Called them to talk to them about it and the Asian woman who answered said they can review the video and would have the manager call me back. Waited a few hours and decided to call back, the women proceeded to argue with me that my windshield wipers were on my truck when I left and continued to repeat and yell that over and over at me. I finally got her to be quiet and asked for the manager, he was even more rude and refused to check the films. I kept telling him I didn't think they were stolen, that they must have been thrown away on accident. It just went down hill from there. These people are rude and have some real anger issues. Will not spend another dime there. P.S.....there were a stack of about 5-6 quarters in my daughters car seat and they were gone as well, so their claim that there's no way their people would take something is BS!!

They damaged my car interior last week. Owner was called to look at the damages immediately after his employees turn over the vehicle to me. Did not offer me to file a claim for the damages done on back door panel and the back of my bucket seat when removing 2 large bucket seats I specifically asked them not to touch. The special they had offered was $50 to clean exterior and do a quick clean in the FRONT seating area interior. Was presented for a bill over $125 and had two rust stains on my back seat and deep gash on the back of my driver seat and one large cut on the side panel of my back door. Owner said it was impossible he did that because my bucket seats are made with fabric. But the man forgot that below the seat is a square sharp shaped metal plate. They were not authorized to remove these items at all. I did not want my back seat shampooed because the bottoms of these seats' metal plate would cause a rust imprint on the fabric. They were probably ignoring the deal they made me to go ahead with a full detail that costs over $125 but their action backed fired because they caused damages to the interior. Got an estimate done today and repairs are over $600. Will present them the bill but already know we will have to get this settled in small claims court. With this negative experience, I am leaving you to decide if your car will be in good car with Green Planet Car Wash.
Their service is going downhill. Cheap staff and very rude.
