Writing this review in the parking lot. This place is horrible. They scratched up my car and won't own up to it. Don't bring your car here. Go somewhere else and get your money's worth. I would have been better off going to a $5 car wash... So much for detailing.
This lil guy that works there was rude. It was my first time here so I wasn't aware of the process. The lil guy just walked up to my car & said, "You need to get out!" Lol ... Uhm, I'll never come back here! My car wasn't clean when I got it back either; don't waste your time coming here!
This place is the worst, they up charged me to debug my cars grill and it still had bugs on it. I had to point it out and they barely wiped it down in which I could have done it myself verses paying them extra to not do it. Then they do a rushed job, not sure if management has change but you have a long wait to pay and then your car is detailed poorly, is really frustrating. I have gone here for years but the quality of a detail is really bad now and I will not be returning. I have had too many bad experiences in the last 3 months from not vacuuming and not wiping down dash board or no scent. Too many inconsistencies for my money.
Jose the owner is rude. The rain check they do (their policy) is rushed and he acted like I was bothering them when I came back for it. When I complained, he gets an attitude. Even though the location is convenient for me, I bet they won't be getting my hard earn $$$ again.
Horrible business!!! The owner Jose has poor customer service. He's rude and unprofessional. As a customer you would think you'll be respected for going and supporting a business for years, but definitely not at this place. There are way too many other car washes around that gives better service, while treating their customers in a respectful manner.
